Welcome to BarewithNel Waxing Studio. By booking an appointment and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
A. Appointments and Services
- Services are available by appointment only. All appointments must be booked through our online booking system, over the phone, or in person at our studio.
- Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional and discounted services may be limited in availability and subject to specific terms.
B. Payment
- Payments are due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other approved payment methods as listed on our website.
- Any payment disputes must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of the transaction.
C. Health and Safety
- By booking and attending an appointment, you confirm that you have no known health conditions or allergies that may prevent you from receiving our services.
- If you have specific health concerns, such as skin conditions, pregnancy, or any medical issues, you must inform the technician before the service begins. BarewithNel reserves the right to refuse service based on safety concerns.
- For sanitary and safety reasons, children or additional guests are not allowed in the treatment rooms.
D. Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-care instructions as provided by their technician. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of the service and result in additional fees if further treatment is required.
- Any form of inappropriate behavior during appointments will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service and refusal of future bookings.
E. Liability
- BarewithNel Waxing Studio is not responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur as a result of services provided, including but not limited to, allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other conditions that may arise due to undisclosed health information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
F. Changes to Terms
- BarewithNel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review the policies periodically for any updates.
late/cancellation policy
At BarewithNel Waxing Studio, we value your time and appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and efficient booking experience for all our clients. To provide you with the best service possible, we ask that you adhere to our late and cancellation policies as follows:
Late Arrivals:
- We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and preparation.
- There is a 10 minute LATE GRACE PERIOD (10+ mins. is considered a NO SHOW). If you think you’ll be later than 10 mins please contact us ASAP, we still may be able to accommodate you. We may have to adjust the duration of your service to accommodate other clients, and you will still be responsible for the full service cost.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and canceled at our discretion. In this case, a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
No-Show Policy:
- Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the missed service.
- Repeat no-shows may result in a refusal of future bookings or require prepayment for future appointments.
Refunds/Repayments:
- Deposits or prepayments are non-refundable unless the studio cancels or reschedules your appointment.
- If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we may address any concerns. Refunds are at the discretion of the management and will not be given for dissatisfaction due to failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions.
